1. 在终端输入：defaults -currentHost write -g AppleFontSmoothing -int 3

1/2/3根据自己需求来选:

1 light smoothing (轻)

2 Medium - Best for Flat Panel (中等)

3 strong smoothing (重)

2.  调整字体大小：TinkerTool.dmg   下载：bresink.com

3.  替换字体苹果字体 http://www.ifunmac.com/2014/08/yahei/

3.  校准屏幕
